1. Booking Procedure

    All bookings must be made via official letter or email. Bookings are subject to flight and hotel availability at the time of processing. An advance deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining 75% due 60 days before the tour departure. All payments must be received in full in our bank account, regardless of currency (INR or USD).

  2. Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be communicated in writing and will incur the following fees:

    • 30+ days before tour: 30% of total cost
    • 20–29 days before tour: 50% of total cost
    • 10–19 days before tour: 100% of total cost

    Note: We will strive to minimize cancellation fees, but they remain subject to our partners' policies.

  3. Amendment Policy

    Major amendments are treated as cancellations. Minor amendments may be made for a fee of INR 1500 plus actual charges by the service provider. The company shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to changes beyond our control.

  4. Liability

    Prices may be revised if suppliers revise rates. TravelEdge Destinations & Conventions LLP acts only as an agent for bookings and holds no responsibility for unforeseen changes due to external factors.

  5. Refund Policy

    Refunds due to amendments or cancellations will be processed to the booking source and may take up to 30 days. No refunds are provided for unused services.

  6. Payment Procedure

    Payments can be made via cheque, RTGS, Net Banking, or cash deposit to:

  7. Group Air Ticket – Terms

    • Fares apply to economy class for specified flights and passengers.
    • Rates are on a first-come-first-serve basis and require full payment for confirmation.
    • Prices may change due to fuel surcharge, taxes, or statutory revisions.
    • 100% fare must be paid before ticket issuance.
    • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and name list.
    • Only one group can be confirmed per flight itinerary.
  8. Schedule & PNR Details

    • Schedules may change and depend on availability at ticketing.
    • PNR must include contact number, email, and tour leader details.
    • We are not liable for issues caused by missing contact information.
  9. Payment & Cancellation for Group Flights

    • 100% payment is mandatory.
    • No extension on payment deadlines. Missed deadlines will lead to cancellation without notice and forfeiture of amount.
    • Names must be submitted at least 20 days in advance or INR 3000 penalty per person plus airline charges apply.
    • Cancellation fee: INR 2500 per passenger/sector + airline charges.
  10. Additional Information

    • No refunds for partially used tickets.
    • Additional seats will be treated as a new quote.
    • Fare changes may apply until full payment is made.
    • This quote overrides previous offers.
    • All passengers must carry valid photo ID and original credit card if used for booking.
    • Group reporting time: minimum 3 hours before flight departure.
    • Meal charges are extra and must be paid directly to the airline.
